Dr James Pang, Gastroenterologist Sydney

Meet Dr Pang

Dr James Pang is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist providing care in Chatswood, Sydney and on the Central Coast.


Dr Pang obtained his medical degree from the University of NSW before completing his gastroenterology training at St George's and Campbelltown Hospitals. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians and obtained a Master of Medicine at Sydney University. 

As a clinical research fellow, he spent two years in Hong Kong focusing on viral hepatitis and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Dr Pang believes in close collaboration between health professionals and patients to optimise patient outcomes


Dr Pang also speaks Mandarin & Cantonese.
